Cancellation Within 24 Hours

If you change your mind within 24 hours of placing your order, you may cancel it without any complications. To request cancellation, contact us using the details below. Once your request is received, we will cancel the order and issue a full refund to your original payment method.

Cancellation After 24 Hours

If more than 24 hours have passed since your order was placed, your cancellation request will be treated as a return. You must follow the steps outlined in our Return and Refund Policy. The item must be returned before a refund can be issued.

Orders Already Dispatched

If your order has already been shipped:

  • It cannot be cancelled immediately
  • You may still request a refund, but the item must be returned at your own expense
  • Refunds will be processed once the returned item is received and inspected

Warranty Coverage

All jackets purchased from Leathers Jackets come with a 30‑day limited warranty covering:

  • Manufacturing defects
  • Stitching issues
  • Hardware faults (zippers, buttons, snaps)

This warranty does not cover:

  • Damage caused by misuse, accidents, or improper care
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Changes in appearance due to natural leather aging
  • Damage caused by exposure to water, chemicals, or heat

How to Make a Warranty Claim

To submit a warranty claim:

  2. Include your order number, photos of the issue, and a brief description
  3. Our team will review your claim within 24–48 hours

If approved, we will offer one of the following:

  • A replacement of the same item
  • A repair (if applicable)
  • A refund if the item cannot be replaced or repaired

Warranty claims must be submitted within 30 days of receiving your order.

Eligibility for Exchanges

You may request an exchange within 30 days of receiving your order. Exchanges are allowed only if:

  • The item is unworn, unused, and undamaged
  • All original tags are attached
  • The item is in its original packaging
  • Proof of purchase is provided

Exchange Limitations

Exchanges are not allowed for:

  • Orders placed for the same product in multiple sizes
  • Items missing original tags
  • Items returned after 30 days
  • Items that show signs of wear or use

How to Request an Exchange

Customers are responsible for the return shipping cost. A tracking number and Proof of Delivery (POD) must be provided.
