30‑Day Return Policy
You may request a return within 30 days from the date your order is delivered.
To qualify for a return, the item must meet the following conditions:
- The item must be unused, unworn, and undamaged
- All original tags must be attached
- The item must be in its original packaging
- You must provide proof of purchase or an order confirmation
Items that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted.
How to Start a Return

Important notes:
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility
- A tracking number and Proof of Delivery (POD) must be provided after shipping the item back
- Always include your order number inside the return package to avoid delays
Returns sent without prior approval will not be processed.
Refund Process
Once your returned item is received, it will undergo a quality inspection.
If your return is approved:
- Your refund will be issued to your original payment method
- Refunds are processed within 8–10 business days
- Your bank or card provider may require additional time to post the funds

- Items missing original tags
- Items that have been worn, used, damaged, or altered
